President and Founder
Dave is a life long resident of River Falls and has been marketing
insurance since 1974 when he started Reis Insurance Agency. Dave has
served our clients for over 35 years helping individuals with their
insurance needs and is proud to continuously build strong relationships
within this community. |

Jake Reis: Vice President
Jake has a bachelors
degree in Business Administration; concentrating in risk management
from UW Stout. He joined the agency in 2000 as an agent and now serves
as operations manager as well. Jake resides in Hudson with his wife and
two sons.

Warren Kozitza: Insurance
Agent
Warren joined our office
in 2009 as a full time agent. He has a bachelor’s degree in
Construction Management and a Masters in Risk Control. Warren is
involved in the River Falls Chamber of Commerce, the River Falls Lions
Club and is on the board of directors for Ducks Unlimited. He resides
in River Falls with his wife and two children.

Deb Erickson:
Office Manager/Customer
Service
Deb is our Licensed
Customer Service Manager. She has more than 20 years experience in
retail customer service. Deb enjoys helping our customers with their
questions, changes or additions to their policies. We are excited to
have her as the front person in serving our clients. Deb and her
husband have raised six children, their last daughter still attending
High School.

Michele Gordon: Customer
Service
Michele has come to us with 12 years of customer service experience,
her last 5 years being in the insurance field. She has a Bachelor of Science
degree from the University of Wisconsin River
Fallsin Broad Area Agriculture. She lives in
Baldwin with her husband, two daughters, and two loving dogs. She
enjoys photography, fishing and hunting with her
family.
